If you are looking for some quick and easy superbowl recipes for appetizers then try these simple but tasty ones including a delicious three ingredient stromboli.
“Buffalo” Stuffed Eggs
1 dozen hard boiled eggs (cooled and cut in half)
1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 celery ribs (finely diced)
After slicing hard cooked eggs remove the yokes. Mash yolks with a fork and mix well all other ingredients except diced celery. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg halves. Garnish with diced celery.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
2- 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
2- 10 ounce cans chunk white chicken, drained
1 cup chicken wing sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
4 cups shredded colby/monterey jack cheese
Spread cream cheese in an ungreased 13×9 pan. Layer additional ingredients in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with celery sticks and tortilla chips.
Ham & Cheese Stromboli
1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated french bread dough
1/2 pound deli ham, sliced thin
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll bread dough on a greased baking sheet. Place ham over dough, making sure to leave approximately 1/2 inch away from the edges. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll back into a loaf, jellyroll style starting with a long side, pinch the seems at each end and tuck underneath. With a sharp knife cut around 6 deep slits across the top of the loaf. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly and cut into 6 to 8 slices.
